| I am a hopeless (or is that hapless?) romantic extrovert who is looking for a woman who can laugh at herself (if you can do that you can laugh at me!). A woman who is honest with herself. (after all if you are honest with yourself you'll be honest with me)I'm a professionally employed man of 5' 10" in stature. My female friends say my appearance is above average (I hope they don't have low expectations!) I am very secure with myself. I have full head of black hair (ok there’s a few grays) with blue eyes that are definitely the mirrors of my soul (step lightly when they go gray!)
The best advice I have ever received is "shut up and listen" This bit of advice came form a close friend who later became my direct manager. I actively participate in most conversations around me (either in work or social situations) and usually have an opinion. Remembering the former (my presence) and applying the latter (shut up and listen) is probably the greatest personality challenge I have in life. (I guess that is a rough edge I have) I have inherited the “gift of gab” from my Dad and am very gregarious.The first thing people notice about me is my presence I say that
because it seems anyone who knows me describes me in that way.
I tend to be a socially active person often either the center of a
conversation (whether or not I began it) I think because I am very
thoughtful and choose my words carefully or I am the comic relief
(I think this my way of breaking the ice in groups of new people) I
love to make people laugh as it is usually the best way to put
others at ease. |
