| I'm pretty adventurous when it comes to trying something new. I might hop on a plane and fly to Cali without really knowing a soul or trying that new Indonesian restaurant down the street. Music is my passion and I even played the violin when I was younger. Speaking of music, I'm an eclectic type of gal. I love so many different types of music ranging from Contemporary Jazz, to Funk to Electronica/Ambient to Rap. My main gig is a Certified Fitness Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I'm also a Life Strategies and Wellness Coach. I work for myself so that gives me the freedom that I love. A few of my favorite things are taking moonlit walks just gazing up at the stars and moon, watching the sun set while holding hands with that special guy, or cooking him his favorite dish. As music is a part of me, another fave of mine is dancing with my guy just letting the music take over. When I'm not writing on my fitness blog, or hosting my blog talk radio show and video blog show, I enjoy training in my newly completed gym. Of course all work and no play makes me a dull gal. Dull, I don't think so! I can be a little naughty with the right person and laugh so hard my eyes close (see profile pic!). Perhaps it will be you who will see my playful and naughty side! I would like to add that you have to take chances in life if you're ever going to achieve anything you want. So don't hesitate in sending me that first e-mail. |

| I enjoy working out 6 times per week doing both strength training and Cardio. I enjoy cooking for family and friends. I enjoy writing, dancing, music, going to the amusement parks. I love to travel. I just love trying new experiences and learning about other people. |
